GoCo is a community care business, which has over 30 years experience in supporting people and their carers living in rural and remote areas with improving their health and wellbeing.
We specialise in providing personalised care and support for people who want the freedom to live independently in the comfort of their own home. We focus on delivering home and community care services in rural New England and North Western NSW, including Gunnedah, Tamworth, Narrabri, Moree and Liverpool Plains local government areas.
We receive funding from the Commonwealth Department of Health, Transport for NSW and Carers NSW. This funding supports us to provide assistance to people in their local community. We focus on supporting people and their carers, who are aged, or are socially or geographically isolated.
Our staff and volunteers provide services such as case management, transport, meals on wheels, and social outings. Help in the home and garden are brokered by us. This is designed to provide a service model which takes into account the individual needs, quality of life, desires and ambitions of the people who access the service.
We provide services which are designed to be flexible and respond to individual needs. The services you are able to access depend on what your assessed needs are, and which program you have been assessed as eligible for.
